And they’re off! Kickstart Galway Races and Go from Prom to Paddock with Salthill Hotel

Fashionista’s at the ready as the Galway Races Kickstarter event at Salthill Hotel, Prom to Paddock returns on Monday, 30th July. The Style & Dine Luncheon in aid of Enable Ireland makes a welcome return to the Galway social calendar for 2018.

Glamour meets goodwill as all monies raised from the event will go towards the work of Enable Ireland, a non-profit organisation that provides free support services to children with physical disabilities and developmental difficulties in Galway city and county.

The afternoon begins at 12 noon with a Pink Gin & Prosecco reception, then guests will be treated to a four-course meal. During lunch, a fashion showcase will take place with the most exclusive looks and must have pieces for the races and summer season, and nine of Irelands leading milliners will exhibit some head-turning pieces, all compered by one of Irelands most stylish women and Catwalk Modelling Agency MD Mandy Maher and TV3 showbiz correspondent Noel Cunningham.

It’s not all fashion as during the lunch guests are advised to keep their race cards at the ready as TV racing pundits Tracy Piggott and Tom Lee share their expert advice on finding a winner at the opening day of the Galway Races.
