What our clients say...
When we opened the doors of Purefit, we were a two man show. Money was tight, so there was pressure constantly surrounding the business. I understood the importance of social media and marketing and knew that this job was necessary but an easy task that I could take on myself. After teaching classes every night I would spend hours catching up on our Facebook page. I knew the importance of this medium for our business, so tried hard to keep the posts fresh, engage with our clients and try to create new likes to increase our followers who in turn would come to our classes. I felt that this job was something I could handle. After all it's social media, it's a pastime for most people. So I kept plodding along. Some nights after work I was just too tired to go on Facebook, this slowly crept up to two nights then three nights. When I finally got to sit down, I felt I was missing out on key opportunities by not posting in peak times. Also our marketing lacked any strategy. We had no goals. Our media presence was minimal on all levels. This meant our business wasn't growing. This could prove detrimental for any business. So one evening I happened to say it to Lisa, after a training session. She wasn't forceful or demanding in pushing her services onto us. This really impressed me. I knew that she was genuinely interested in the business. We sat down and discussed exactly what we needed for Purefit. We wanted to increase our presence in the market. This included all channels of media, radio, newspapers and social media. She was going to put us on the map. She truly delivered on this. We have not only appeared on local papers but we have been on national ones too. Our online presence has increased by 400%. She has blown us away with her efficiency, dedication, commitment and true professionalism. I can't recommend Lisa Regan PR enough. Every week she has tasks and targets that both of us work through. We have been working with Lisa since November 2012 and it was the best investment we ever made. I now realises that as an owner of a business, there are things you can't do, such as marketing, PR, social media, keeping up to date with new trends etc so it's imperative for your business to let the professionals do it for you. Lisa Regan PR ticks all if those boxes.
We commissioned Lisa Regan PR to work on the Aer Lingus International Hurling Festival in 2013. This was a "Gathering 2013" event, which generated in excess of€750,000 for the local economy in Galway. The challenge was to generate mass awareness of the festival and ensure participation. Lisa Regan PR really delivered on this challenge and securing widespread local, national and international coverage for the event which was held in September of 2013 and was attended by ca. 20,000 people.I found Lisa to be innovative, energetic, professional as well highly personable. She constantly delivered above and beyond our expectations on a project that, due to it's unique nature, often involved working outside the original scope.Throughout the 8 months of planning and execution Lisa proved a key player in delivering the overall success of the hurling festival. I can highly recommend Lisa Regan PR to any prospective clients. Declan KearneyDirector of Communications Aer Lingus
I just wanted to thank you most sincerely for all your help regarding the promotion of the Menlo Walk. We were delighted with the event. We had almost 500 participants taking part on the day and I’m sure this was largely due to the extensive coverage we got through LRPR in all the different media outlets. Having an event with this many participants in these times and with so many other events taking place around the county really is very encouraging for Ability West.Cathal Ryan,Fundraising and Community Development OfficerAbility West
I worked with Lisa in 2014 following my Weddingsonline Wedding Planner of the Year Award. Lisa helped me to grow the awareness of my brand and business across Ireland. The coverage and exposure she secured for me was fantastic and made a big difference to my business. From my work with Lisa I was featured on her.ie, the Dave Fanning Show to mention a few and my client base expanded throughout Ireland and also to the US following her input. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa. She really understands her clients and was a great support to me and my business. I have since recommended her to my clients because of her professionalism, creativity and dedication to her clients.
From one campaign to another without any traction, instant footfall or value for spend, my PR presence always depended on the mood I was in at any stage or if I had the time that week to just "throw" something together for the sake of it, unfortunately I wasted a lot of money in doing this, I remember one particular week I took out a full page in a local newspaper and the result was a disaster, extra staff lined up, extra stock purchased and no one in the shop ! This frightened me into stepping back and looking for other options. I then began to explore on line options, developed websites etc. I then realised that the categories my business's were in needed interaction with customers all the time to show new stock, special offers etc This is where social media suited much more than a website where the customer had to find us, we started a Facebook page and did the opposite we tailored a campaign that found them. This along with competitions, photos, updates of what goes on everyday has worked a dream. It was a case of trial and error at the start with some companies who have come and gone and are no more until I met with Lisa Regan, Lisa first came up with a proposal for Galway City Karting and divided our spend across all sectors, our attitude has completely changed to the view that little and often is much better than the sporadic campaigns we were doing, this in turn has considerably reduced our outgoings and what we are spending is worth every penny and I know it was wisely spent and we are getting genuine value. Shortly after we completed the same exercise in Cash Factory and needless to say has again saved money. Lisa is insanely committed to her work regardless of time or day she is constantly focusing on the next task and is aware of deadlines regarding editorial etc. I literally cannot fault her service and with the vast range of business's in different sectors she has on the books her experience is invaluable. Her contacts across newspapers, radio stations and on line amazes me. I would highly recommend any business to consider Lisa for a consultation and can guarantee one way or another it will bring increased revenue. Eoin Carroll MD of Cash Factory and Galway City Karting
We the Malthouse Drama Group hired Lisa Regan PR to promote our production of Brendan O Carroll's play The Course which we put on in the Taibhdhearc . Lisa did great work for us and definitely due to her hard work we had fantastic crowd's on both nights . We would hope to use Lisa's services again in the future. The Malthouse Players Drama Group
It was my great pleasure to work with Lisa Regan PR.Having worked with other PR companies in the past Lisa Regan PR stands heads and shoulders over others. I never really understood the importance and impact PR had to a company until I hired Lisa.Lisa helped me built a high fashion brand with focus on social media which really helped get my name out there. In my experience Lisa is not only enthusiastic about what she does but is also extremely loyal honest, always giving 100 percent.I found Lisa Regan PR not only a brilliant PR agency but a huge investment to my company.I would recommend Lisa Regan PR to any company who is serious about promoting their company or as an individual.Michael Mullins
Lisa Regan was fantastic in managing the publicity campaign for the Galway Cathedral Novena, 9 -17 February 2015. This was the first time we engaged a professional approach to publicising this religious event. It made a huge difference. As a result of Lisa’s work a very positive image of the Cathedral and the Novena was communicated to the general public and many people who had never heard of the Novena attended the event. Approximately 10,000 people passed through the Cathedral each day during Novena 2015.Fr. Martin WhelanGalway Cathedral
Thank you to Lisa Regan PR for your services and for being fast efficient and 100% true to your word on what you could achieve.I was blown away by how fast you achieved it all too! I have already recommended you to several of my friends and will happily avail of you for any future campaigns for my business. Thanks again, Natalie Greer , Boudoir Girls.
"Our strategic plan for our business involved a significant expansion over a two year period. We had never actively engaged in any PR/advertising before we met Lisa, and really had no knowledge of what was involved, what to do or where to start. She was suggested to us by someone she had worked with before. Our experience has been exceptional. She listened very carefully to our goals and ambitions, how we would like our service to be portrayed, and what client base we worked with. She was a pleasure to work with in the early stages, particularly in light of my inexperience and apprehension about what my ideas about 'advertising' were. In a very short turnaround time, Lisa had prepared a PR plan for us, listing a set of goals we would work towards in order to promote our service. She literally could not have done any more for us. Not only did she hit and exceed our targets (including National TV and a range of radio interviews), but she did so with exceptional professionalism and good humour. She was always available, always upbeat, and always willing to help in any way she could. She was a pleasure to work with, and makes PR look easy. We haven't looked back since Lisa started working with us; it was a great decision and is still paying dividends for our business. She can make a huge positive impact on any business"
" We recently contracted Lisa Regan to generate PR around our first year in business anniversary. After researching her Facebook page we were really impressed with the profiles she gained for her recent clients. We found Lisa extremely efficient and easy to work with. She would respond to our emails at any hour of the day or night! We were absolutely delighted with the response from the PR campaign she ran for us, reaching nationwide papers & online media websites. She had the ability to reach out to our exact target markets we required with her contacts in the media which was invaluable for us.We look forward to working with Lisa again in the future." On behalf of us involved in the Frances Thornton Memorial Galway Bay Swim, all of our family and the charity, Cancer Care West, I want to say a huge thank you for all the hard work you've done this year with the swim. You've really helped bring the event to another level. The results of which were clear to see at Blackrock on Saturday July 25th 2015 ie. a huge crowd turnout and lots of social media interaction online! From my perspective, I was really happy with the lead up and organising prior to the event this year. The addition of, Lisa to drive things from the PR side helped an awful lot and allowed me to focus on the boats and swimmers solely.Kevin Thornton
A big thank to Lisa Regan who helped us with a fundraising walk we organise each year for Ability West. Lisa's assistance in promoting the event through social media, local newspapers and radio was a major factor in making it our most successful walk in the nine years we are running this event. Brega & Ray Kelly.
Lisa gets the job done, done fast, done right, through the right channels and it hits the right audience every time! I've worked with Lisa for both my restaurants 37 West and 56 Central and on many charity events I have organized. Every time she has pulled it out of the bag. I only work with people who take a genuine interest in my businesses and go out of there way to learn my company WHY. Her favourite line being 'yes consider it done'
Very down to earth and thoughtful lady who goes above and beyond for her clients.
Lisa has been my PR for the last year and as time goes by I'm more and more impressed with her work. She is very professional, dedicated and "in the know". I love her fresh approach and vision. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
"I can’t thank you enough for the success of the media campaign. The numbers were up on last year (we used 10% more communion breads). However, I think the real value of the campaign was that a very positive image of faith experience and the cathedral has gone out into the general population." Fr Martin Whelan
